本文解决了Genymotion虚拟设备启动失败的问题，由于VirtualBox版本冲突导致无法获取IP地址。通过回退VirtualBox版本及重建虚拟机的方式最终解决了该问题。

在很早以前顺利的安装了一次Genymotion作为安卓开发的虚拟机。

但今天使用的时候却无法启动了。

在启动虚拟机的时候VirtualBox 提示无法创建虚拟机。

捣腾了一个上午，发现原来是VirtualBox 的版本问题。

这是VirtualBox-4.3.14 的bug ，因此把VirtualBox 卸载了重新安装 VirtualBox-4.3.12 就终于成功启动了。

但重新装了之后就出现了新的错误，提示如下

Unable to start the Genymotion virtual device.
The Genymotion virtual device could not obtain an IP address.
For an unknown reason, VirtualBox DHCP has not assigned an IP address to virtual device. Run the VirtualBox software to check for issues.

把旧的虚拟机删除了重新安装就可以成功启动了。
