在Mac下pip install出现SSL问题的解决方法

显示python的SSL配置有问题，但OpenSSL已经正常安装了。
在https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58280484/ssl-module-in-python-is-not-available-on-osx中有人解释大多数情况是因为python中的依赖因为一定原因被破坏了。
问题通过brew reinstall python解决。
