1. ISO/TC22/SC37委员会简介
国际标准化组织ISO是联合国经社理事会的甲级咨询组织和贸发理事会综合级(即最高级)咨询组织,作为全球性的非政府组织,它是目前世界上最大、最具权威性的国际标准化专门机构。该组织的主要活动是制定国际标准,协调全球范围内的标准化工作,组织各成员国(或地区)和技术委员会进行信息交流,与其他国际组织共同研究有关标准化问题等。ISO的技术工作主要通过其技术委员会(Technical Committee, TC)开展。
TC22是国际标准化组织/道路车辆技术委员会的代号,它主要负责1968年维也纳公约中所规定的道路车辆及其装备的兼容性、互换性、安全性以及术语和性能评价试验规程(包括仪器的特性)的标准化工作。工作范围有:轻便摩托车、摩托车、机动车、挂车、半挂车、轻型挂车、组合车辆和铰接车辆。
TC22下设11个分技术委员会(subcommittees,SC),分别针对车身部件或特定属性进行标准研究。SC37是TC22下属的电动道路车辆分技术委员会,专门负责电动道路车辆标准化制修订工作的分技术委员会。
2. 电动汽车ISO标准现状及动态
ISO在电动汽车标准研究方面主要致力于针对电动汽车整车进行研究,截至2018年1月,TC22/SC37制定的电动汽车相关标准有22项,见表1。
