本文介绍了一个使用Swift实现的UIScrollView内容偏移调整方案。当scrollView的内容偏移量改变时，通过调整contentInset属性来实现section header的高度变化效果。具体地，当scrollView.contentOffset.y的值在0到预设高度sectionHeaderHeight之间时，contentInset的顶部值为scrollView.contentOffset.y的负数；当scrollView.contentOffset.y大于等于sectionHeaderHeight时，contentInset的顶部值固定为-sectionHeaderHeight。
