What is ability important with my work?

 

In the work, I will develop ability. Follow as below:

1. communication(with high leader)

In the work communication is important with high leader and directly leader.

1. English(master it)

I must master English. In the foreign company, It is still important.

1. Project(management ability)

I shall try to finish project from starting to over.

1. Management ability(person)

If I try to lead a team. I shall try to improve it .

 

I will try to do them well .In the next years,I will devolop it about prority .
