pycharm连接MySQL失败，报错The server time zone value...You must configure either the server or JDBC driver

pycharm 连接 MySQL 时报错The server time zone value ‘Öйú±ê׼ʱ¼ä’ is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

**原因：**MySQL默认时区为美国时区，而系统时间为中国时区
**解决方法：**在 pycharm 中对数据库的连接驱动进行设置
