本文解决了Javaweb项目中web.xml配置的welcome-file不生效的问题，通过检查文件是否存在、路径是否正确以及WebRoot文件夹名称，确保Tomcat能够正确加载指定页面。

问题描述：Javaweb项目，web.xml中配置的welcome-file 不生效

解决方案：1、确认welcome-file 中的文件存在；

                    2、确认welcome-file 中文件的路径正确；

                    3、将WebRoot文件夹改成WebContent，如果welcome-file 中直接写了文件名，Tomcat默认去WebContent下寻找。
