把eclipse.ini里下面的值改成128M（注意有两个）--launcher.XXMaxPermSize256M

在eclipse上装svn插件的时候，选下面两个：SubclipseJavaHL Adapter出现在问题应该是在安装插件的时候少了 ：JavaHL Adapter

我遇到这个问题的原理是项目导入的Jar包中有不是jar的文件导致的。
