算法作业HW27：LeetCode 28. Implement strStr()

Description:

Implement strStr().

Returns the index of the first occurrence of needle in haystack, or -1 if needle is not part of haystack.

  Analysis and Thinking:

题目要求实现strStr（）函数的功能，找一个字符串中是否包含另一个字符串，并返回包含的位置，使用暴力求解即可

  Steps:

1. 定义两个变量分别存储haystack以及needle的传长度

2. 遍历haystack，设置一记录器counter，每次从当前位置开始查到当前值加needle长度长的子串

3. 判断当前遍历的子串是否与needle相等，如果是，返回当前位置值

4. 遍历无果，返回-1
