本文介绍了Fedora 21升级后遇到的VirtualBox相关错误提示及解决步骤。通过执行特定命令安装VirtualBox必需模块或手动制作initrd文件，可以解决此问题。

fedora21升级之后，每次开机的时候都会出现[failed] failed to start load kernel modules的错误提示，上网搜索之后发现，这个问题几乎都是由VirtualBox导致的

网友提供的解决方法之一：

如果是没有安装VirtualBox必须的模块的情况，运行 dnf install kmod-VirtualBox-`uname -r` kmod-VirtualBox VirtualBox-kmodsrc，

但这些模块我的系统中都已经安装了，所以这个方法对楼主的系统没用

网友提供的解决方法之二：

mkinitrd /boot/initramfs-`uname -r`.img `uname -r`

问题解决！！

开机出现加载内核失败，但是能正常开机，电脑一直好好的，莫名其妙的出现了这个问题，经过检查原因是安装VirtualBox的时候安装了 virtualbox-host-dkms ，导致开机需要加载kernel 解决方法安装linux-headers:#pacman -S linux-headers
