导入python-ldap库

通过编写python脚本新增或修改LDAP用户时，报错

 require authentication', 'desc': 'Strong(er) authentication required'

解决办法：

将代码中：ldapconn.simple_bind(self.admin_user, self.admin_password)

admin_user入参dn: uid=ldapadmin, ou=people,dc=example,dc=com用全称）
