Debian /linux install flash plugins:

Step1: Debian Home Page : http://www.debian.org/
Step2: Search some packages and download it
          1) libflash0c2_0.4.13-9_i386.deb
            2) libflash-swfplayer_0.4.13-9_i386.deb
            3) flashplugin-nonfree_1.6_i386.deb
Step3: Install them in your system.
           SmallBox:/home/Downloads# dpkg -i *.deb
Now the flashplugin already install finish and you can see film on line.
