PowerShell 7 不原生支持 `Get-AppxPackage` 和 `Add-AppxPackage` 命令，解决方法是切换到 Windows PowerShell 或在 PowerShell 7 中使用 `Import-Module -Name Appx -UseWindowsPowershell` 命令。
