德国商标注册的流程

德国商标注册保护对象是文字，字母，数位，图形，音响，立体等。商标不经注册不能受到保护。根据德国商标法，商标注册申请人可以是任何国家或地区的企业、事业单位、社会团体、工商业者、或自然人。在德国境内有住所或营业场所的，在原则上可以去专利局或者专利法院直接申请注册。如果没有，任何人(即使是有德国国籍的人)都必须通过专利代理人或律师代理。需要签署委托书，无需公证。

　　注册德国商标的流程：

　　1、查询——将欲注册的商标名称及图形提交至我处查询;

　　2、提交资料——将注册所需资料提交至我处;

　　3、付款——付清注册所需费用;

　　4、办理——资料齐全，款项付清后我处当天前往商标局办理(节假日除外);

　　5、邮寄回执——我处收到商标局的受理回执后立即将回执邮寄给您;

　　6、邮寄商标证——我处收到商标局的商标证后立即将商标证邮寄给您，此时整个过程完成。

　　注册德国商标的时间：两周出受理通知书，即可使用，十年使用期限。

　　注册德国商标要多久，个人是否可以注册德国商标?

官方受理1-2个月 ;6-8月可以取得德国商标证书;不论是自然人或是法人，都可以在德国申请注册商标。

German trademark registration protection object is text, letters, digits, graphics, sound, stereo, etc. Trademarks cannot be protected without registration. Under German trademark law, the applicant for trademark registration may be an enterprise, institution, social organization, businessman or natural person in any country or region. Where there is a residence or business place in Germany, in principle, it can go to the Patent Office or the Patent Court to apply for registration directly. If not, anyone ( even those with German nationality ) must be represented by a patent agent or a lawyer. Need to sign the proxy, no notarization.

 

The process of registering German trademark :

 

1. Enquiry - submit the name and graphics of the trademark to us for enquiry ;

2. Submit information - submit the registration information to us ;

( 3 ) Payment – payment of registration fees ;

4. Deal with - complete information, payment after the day we go to the Trademark Office ( except holidays ) ;

5. Postal repatriation – we will send it to you immediately after receiving the acceptance of the repatriation from the Trademark Office ;

6. Posting Trademark Certificate - Immediately after we receive the trademark certificate of the Trademark Office, we send the trademark certificate to you, and the whole process is completed.

 

Time of registration of German trademark : two weeks of acceptance notice, can be used, ten years of use.
