Throwable
	Error				   unchecked
	Exception
		RuntimeException	unchecked
		else			    checked

Error和RuntimeExceptionJava之checked和unchecked exceptions称作unchecked throwable.

Exception中除了RuntimeException和其子类, 其它的exception称作checked exception…

所谓checked exception, 是指编译时编译器会检查checked exception是否被明确的处理, 包括try…catch, 和throws. 若没有, 会警告报错.

程序中, 自定义新的exception可以根据需要选择使用unchecked exception(RuntimeException派生)或checked exception.
