6-酮-前列环素F1α（6-keto-PGF1α）是前列环素（PGI2）的稳定水解产物。由于前列环素在缓冲液中的半衰期很短（2-3分钟），通常通过测量尿液中的6-酮-前列环素F1α代谢物及其衍生物2,3-二酮-前列环素F1α来监测前列环素的产生。前列环素具有自分泌功能，包括抑制血小板聚集、抑制加压激素导致的血管收缩反应、血小板解聚等特性以及生殖功能。这些效应是由受体介导的cAMP的升高所引起的。前列腺素在动脉粥样硬化和保护心肌缺血方面有临床应用。
