信息: Deployment of web application directory E:\apache-tomcat-7.0.62-windows-x64\apache-tomcat-7.0.62\webapps\StrutsTest has finished in 18,389 ms



原因1：系统64位，tomcat为32位



原因2：引入的jar包不全，不对，


这两个原因我都遇到了，悲催的不行！

另：注意查看错误信息Exception Starting filter struts2

这里说的意思是如法启动F:/JavaWeb/apache-tomcat-8.0.39`````````````路径下的struts2-core-2.3.4.1.jar，到该路径下发现如下：

发现有重复的jar包，将2.3.4.1删掉，重新部署发现可以运行

情况描述 老web项目系统版本迭代时，进行增量更新，将eclipse编译好的class文件放在对应目录下，更新web.xml文件后启动tomcat，无法正常启动系统。但开发环境eclipse能够正常启动运行。后详细查看日志后发现报错：One or more Filters failed to start.，本次更新新增了一个Filter过滤器同时也在web.xml配置，感觉问题就出在这里。 问题 后通过查询，发现项目开发环境为jdk1.8，而生产环境是jdk1.7+tomcat7.0，应该是jdk1.8编译
