由于使用的开发工具是idea，所以需要到idea的目录找到tomcat的日志

查看日志，发现对应的filter找不到

 此时的wex.xml

本来以为filter中的filter-name是可以随意起名的，但是不行了，需要与shiro的配置文件相对应，不然找不到

 

发现我这2个名字是对应不上的，将web.xml中的名字改为 shiroFiler,在启动项目就好了
