Yesterday my leader talked to me about my estimate. At technique I am good, but at management and Japanese is poor.
The problem I think again and again. I must develop my ability at full. Although I leart many program languages, such
as ASM, C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, and so forth, they can be made a so long list, the ability is so single. About foreign
language, I just am able to english. Management experience, I almost have nothing.
The synthesized ability is the most important. To master computer technology is not all, it is impossible to master all
computer technique, that is also not necessary due to the limit of one energy.
Okey! The first step is to improve my foreign language ability, the main task is to lean Japanese. Once reach at my goal,
I will be able to two foreign language, one is English, another is Japanese. However, from this talking, my leader seems to
implied that my Japanese must reach at the band two if I wish to go to Japan.
