启动类上面加上**@EnableEurekaServer**注解

这样 我们就可以实现 两个服务之间的通信了
在localhost:8761可以看见注册中心
在浏览器访问 localhost:8001就可以通过客户端的接口 访问到服务端的接口 从而返回 ”添加信息“ 这四个字
