[解决办法]
SQL命令:
select * from mysql.user where user=‘root’;
show variables like ‘log_%’;

my.ini 文件增加
log-bin=mysql-bin
binlog-format=Row

对 log-bin 的打开

打开服务Mysql
service.msc
