启动IntelliJ IDEA
输入 license时，选择输入 [License server]，在[License server address]输入框中输入 http://jetbrains.tech 或者 http://idea.imsxm.com 。然后单击“Activate”按钮就可激活
//在选项弹框中依次选择
-Activate
-License server
在License server address输入http://jetbrains.tech 或者 http://idea.imsxm.com ！！！！
然后单击“Activate”按钮就可激活
亲测，该方法对于2016.3.5到2017.2.4版均生效。
