We are pleased to share an updated version of the Disney ILS Facility and Merchandise Authorization (FAMA) with you. The FAMA has the following updates: 
Removal of Licensee/Vendor and Facility contact (name, phone, & email) information.
Additional information regarding the expiration period of the FAMA (which is now a maximum of 1 year from the issuance date instead of 3 years). The Expiration Date no longer listed under the Issuance Date.
Added language indicating that the FAMA is not transferable.
The signature field has been changed to a unique alphanumeric "FAMA ID" field.
