在run Android工程时,运行程序的时候会报错  ....\platform-tools\adb.exe' and can be executed.


解决:

1. 打开任务管理器直接结束adb.exe任务。

若没找到此进程,则打开cmd 运行:

netstat -aon|findstr "5037"

最后一列就是占用此端口的pid。

2.再用此pid找到对应的应用

tasklist|findstr "34484"

我的端口是被酷狗音乐占用了。

3. 去任务管理器中将此关闭即可。

或者用命令行:

taskkill /pid 24052 /f

4. 重启 eclipse !
