放狗搜，说是这样的原因：

由于fcitx-frontend-gtk2和gvim冲突造成的错误，可以通过sudo apt-get remove fcitx-frontend-gtk2解决。

实验一下：

先用gvim打开文件，再关闭，可以看到terminal中很干净，没有出现以前的错误提示。
