09年11月份考的软件设计师，直到过完年回来才查到成绩。53/50 虽然没有好好复习，成绩不高，但总算过了。可以准备软考高级，想要考系分，听说下午的论文有难度，先找一本书看一看历年的试题。

10月8日去逛街时,看到一家瑜珈店,月卡180元,半年卡690元,年卡999元.办了一张月卡,每天晚上7:00_8:00练一次,周六和周日11:00_12:00也可以去,现在已经去了7次了.老师教得不错,不过我总是记不住,动作做不到位,身体僵硬.这家店离住处有4公里,平时走路过去需半个小时,回来时坐公车,天气不好时坐公车去.如果能坚持一个月,准备在月底时办一张年卡,经常去,健身减肥两不误.

参加工作以前，使用的护肤品是一些廉价的洗面奶，冬天再加一点雪花膏，皮肤水当当的。工作后，护肤品渐渐多起来，洗面奶，爽肤水，乳液，面膜，精油，眼霜 皮肤越来越差了。当然也跟个人环境和习惯有关系，每天12小时面对电脑，在空调房工作，晚上12：00后睡觉，三点一线“住处——上班点——食堂”，每天活动时间不超过20分钟。身体处于亚健康状态。每天喝水超过2000ml还是很干。

原创 连接失败:未能在sysdatabases中找到数据库所对应的条目
昨天将数据库mydata从A机备份出来,还原到B机(强制还原)后,执行连接程序,总是提示"连接失败:未能在sysdatabases中找到数据库所对应的条目",在网上搜了半天,试了N种方法,还是连接不上. 今早继续,试/试/试......,在查询分析器中突然发现数据库名称不对, mydata前面多了一个空格,难怪,不注意还真看不出来.所以细心也是很重要的.重新删除数据库_新建_还原.
