使用jupyter无法同时上载多个文件的解决办法

Thanks for your reply to this answer. I use your first method in my jupyter. It works great. But I encountered two problems as follow :

1. The compressed file I upload contained some files whose filename is not English, and It turns to some invalid characters.
2. The second method you provide me contains three parameters: output_filename_dont_add_.zip, ‘zip’, directory_to_download
   and I don’t know the first and third parameters, could you give me an explanation. I am the beginner of Python, maybe the questions are a little foolish to you, but I cannot find the proper solutions to fix it.
