记录–Spyder打开时出现"An error occurred while starting the kernel"

使用Spyder时出现"An error occurred while starting the kernel"。Spyder报错AttributeError: type object 'IOLoop' has no attribute 'initialized'

解决方案：

搜索了一下网上的方法，如下：
方法一：
重启spyder：
命令为spyder --reset

试了不行，还是出现"An error occurred while starting the kernel"。

方法二：
在终端输入了conda update spyder ipykernel tornado pyzmq
这个也试了，仍然报错

方法三：
根据下面这篇文章，试了下终于成功解决。据说是tornado版本太高了，查了下我的是6.0的版本，就卸载原有版本，重新安装了一个低版本。
