在Java Integer 类中,可通过Integer.parint(String s, int radix)方法实现n进制的表示。
Integer.parint(String s)其调用的是Integer.parint(String s,10),即默认十进制数。若s超过了后面进制数的范围,将得到一个NumberFormatException。
