A; The equipment’s ability of getting through the wall is strong. All the fittings’ signal, within the effective distance from the central control unit, can reach 800 meters if in open area.It can go through 5 walls, around 30 meters if inside of the house. In a word, the covering distance is large.

Q:Will this product need plugged in? How is the safety? 

A: This equipment needs plugged in. The power source of the host is 5v, 2000mA. The fittings contain batteries which can be used for 2 year. So, the equipment is safe please do not worry.

Q:How is the battery life?

A: This equipment has intelligent power design. The battery can work for 2 years and there is no need for frequent maintaining. Please do not worry.

Q:Is it compatible with sensors of other brands? 

A: Other products and brands are not supported.

A: The button is for emergency call. If someone presses the button, the APP will send you the message immediately to tell you what happened so that you can take actions accordingly.
