解决方法有两个，一个是用sqlite清除下数据库wc.db的work_queue，这种网上说的比较多。我说下第二种方法：这个需要svn客户端的命令行

打开安装包，选Modify

勾选下Command

到工作目录下输入svn cleanup

收工，可以update和commit了

有的要下载sqlite3.exe，借助它清空本地.svn\wc.db数据库文件里面的operation，即表名是work_queue。这是目前最多的方法。今天提交代码报错，看了看提示的错误，百度了一下，发现操作都比较繁琐，所以自己重新给一个最简单有效的。还有的要通过SVN的安装包，借助其命令执行。我要说的这种，简单粗暴，直接有效。

1、把sqlite3.exe放在SVN项目.svn文件夹下，如果隐藏了请显示 2、在.svn目录下打开cnd 3、执行sqlite3 wc.db 4、执行.table 查看是否有work_queue表，没有关闭cmd重新执行2.3 ...8、在项目上右键svn refresh/cleanup
