环境搭建:conda+cuda9.0+caffe

一、下载caffe

 https://github.com/BVLC/caffe

1、将caffe复制到root目录下

2、cd /caffe

cp Makefile.config.example Makefile.config

二、搭建虚拟环境

conda create -n caf python=2.7

三、安装依赖库

apt-get install libprotobuf-dev libleveldb-dev libsnappy-dev libopencv-dev libhdf5-serial-dev protobuf-compiler(这一大串是一个命令)
apt-get install --no-install-recommends libboost-all-dev
apt-get install libatlas-base-dev
apt-get install python-dev
apt-get install libgflags-dev libgoogle-glog-dev liblmdb-dev
apt-get install python-lmdb
apt-get install python-pip

四、修改 Makefile.config

vim  Makefile.config

USE_CUDNN := 1 修改为  USE_CUDNN := 1

OPENCV_VERSION := 3 修改为: OPENCV_VERSION := 3

WITH_PYTHON_LAYER := 1 修改为 WITH_PYTHON_LAYER := 1

ANACONDA_HOME := /root/anaconda3/envs/caf
PYTHON_INCLUDE := $(ANACONDA_HOME)/include \
                  $(ANACONDA_HOME)/include/python2.7 \
                  $(ANACONDA_HOME)/lib/python2.7/site-packages/numpy/core/include

INCLUDE_DIRS := $(PYTHON_INCLUDE) /usr/local/include
LIBRARY_DIRS := $(PYTHON_LIB) /usr/local/lib /usr/lib 
修改为: 
INCLUDE_DIRS := $(PYTHON_INCLUDE) /usr/local/include /usr/include/hdf5/serial
LIBRARY_DIRS := $(PYTHON_LIB) /usr/local/lib /usr/lib /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/hdf5/serial  

五、安装其他包

pip install opencv-python==3.1.0
pip install -U numpy
pip install -U scikit-image
cd /root/caffe/python
pip install -r requirements.txt

六、配置环境变量

修改.bashrc文件

export PATH=/root/anaconda3/bin:$PATH
export PATH=/usr/local/cuda-9.0/bin:$PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/cuda-9.0/lib64:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/root/cudnn7.3.0/lib64:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
export CUDA_HOME=/usr/local/cuda-9.0
export HDF5_USE_FILE_LOCKING=FALSE
export PYTHONPATH=/root/caffe/python:$PYTHONPATH

七、编译

make all
make pycaffe
make test
make runtest

测试成功:

八、在pycharm中使用

run->edit configurations->environment variables中添加:

PYTHONPATH /root/caffe/python
LD_LIBRARY_PATH /root/cudnn7.3.0/lib64;/usr/local/cuda-9.0/lib64
