原创 R语言安装CellChat报错

上谷歌查看到 the *.so and *.o files in the src directory should be removed before installing。就是要解压之后在src文件夹里删掉“之后压缩完再下载就看到错误3：ERROR: dependency ‘ComplexHeatmap’ is not available for package ‘CellChat’。安装依赖包之后就可以安装cellchat了。过程无显示error但是无法运行该包。
