windows平台 ffmpeg音频滤镜 python 验证指南

windows下ffmpeg音频滤镜验证，验证方式如下，可以二选一

第一种 ffplay实时播放 （注明：amix不支持ffplay）

第二种 ffmpeg 输出 ts文件
