Xinglong met a ram size issue when building CE image of debug version. We tried to fix it by two ways:

1) remove some unnecessary modules

2) set imgram256=1

The first method failed because left modules have some responding relationship on removed modules.

The second one failed too. I'm very interested on this failure. So I go deep to the configuration files to investigate why.

You can see build tool checks ram size from 16MB through 512MB. So, we have to clear all other settings for ram size, before "set imgram256=1"

At last, the bug fix by this:
