本技术规范由3GPP产生。
这TS标识1999年发布的3G规范。
本文件的内容是继续工作TSG内正式TSG批准后可能会改变。
TSG应修改该TS的内容,它将被重新释放由TSG与吞吐量的变化,发行日期和版本号增加如下:

一般
1999年版由两个GSMRelease1999年和1999年发布的第三代移动通信系统开发的3G只有规范和GSM核心网规范。
1999年GSM版本还包含许多增强功能范围内第三代PartnershipProject的开发。
本文件确定的3G系统集1999年发布实施的规范要求。
4.1
规范和报告编号
编号方案是类似于GSM编号计划。编号方案GSM在文档结构设计的经验,并能创建一个结构,是很容易理解和记忆。
要在3GPP的编号方案允许更多的灵活性,并允许扩展,它已经决定增加一个数字2 +3位系统( ab.cde )的编号方案。这允许最大数量的在一个系列中的999规格的。应当指出,在GSM系统的编号已几乎被完全使用。
编号计划适用于3GPP第三代移动通信系统的技术规范和报告。
加强在现有的GSM规格/抑癌基因的第三代移动通信系统的规范标题和版本修改应该改变(标题反映了第三代移动通信系统)
。 GSM号码(AB)应增加20和一个字母“c ”数字等于零添加(例如GSM 07.07变成3GTS 27.007 )表示GSM规范的遗产。
对于新创建的3GPP规范“c”的位数不应该是等于零。
现有的第三代规格ETSI SMG转让应该有一个“ C” digitequal的一个例如SMG UMTS TS 22.00成为3G TS 22.100
。
对于新创建的3GPP技术报告通常应该等于9 ,如“C”位数将在the23系列中的一份报告一些23.9de 。
