拷贝mavne安装目录conf下面的settings.xml到用户主目录下

修改改文件

这段代码使用局域网私服nexus代理maven的所有仓库，包括中央仓库

Ip地址和端口根据实际私服地址修改，样例可以在我的资源下载。
