删除opencv。

删除编译opencv时的文件夹,我的名为build

删除对应的库文件
- 删除opencv的文件夹
sudo make uninstall
cd ..
sudo rm -r build
sudo rm -r /usr/local/include/opencv2 /usr/local/include/opencv /usr/include/opencv /usr/include/opencv2 /usr/local/share/opencv /usr/local/share/OpenCV /usr/share/opencv /usr/share/OpenCV /usr/local/bin/opencv* /usr/local/lib/libopencv*
sudo rm -r opencv
安装opencv 2.4.10

sudo apt-get install build-essential
sudo apt-get install cmake git libgtk2.0-dev pkg-config libavcodec-dev libavformat-dev libswscale-dev
sudo apt-get install python-dev python-numpy libtbb2 libtbb-dev libjpeg-dev libpng-dev libtiff-dev libjasper-dev libdc1394-22-dev

download opencv and unpack

cd ~/opencv
mkdir build
cd build

cmake -D WITH_CUDA=OFF -D CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -D CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local -D BUILD_TIFF=ON ..
OpenCV需要libtiff4库,然而Ubuntu14.04系统安装不会自带libtiff4,因此当以OpenCV为接口时
编译可能会出现libopencv_highgui.so:undefined reference to `TIFFIsTiled@LIBTIFF_4.0'等
解决方法:在cmake 编译OpenCV时: cmake -D BUILD_TIFF=ON
便会自动编译libtiff4,然后再以OpenCV做接口编译时,Bug消除!

opencv 2.0版本不支持cuda9,所以如果是opencv 2.0的编译时。
加上-D WITH_CUDA=OFF,
不加 error:CUDA_nppi_LIBRARY (ADVANCED)

使用动态库管理命令ldconfig,使opencv的相关链接库文件被系统共享,具体命令如下:
sudo ldconfig -v

写入路径
sudo sh -c 'echo "usr/local/lib" > /etc/ld.so.conf.d/opencv.conf'

为程序指定openvc的头文件位置。这里使用pkg-config命令来完成。首先在 /etc/profile 中添加
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=$PKG_CONFIG_PATH:/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig
10.
查看
检查:
安装路径下:/usr/local/lib/
pkg-config --libs --cflags opencv 查看安装的opencv 的库信息,编译源代码时加入这句话。
pkg-config --modversion opencv 查看版本信息。

在命令行输入
conda install --channel https://conda.anaconda.org/menpo opencv3
