本文列举了所谓的“真程序员”的十大特征，包括不制定计划、不写文档、不画流程图等行为，以此来刻画一种特立独行的编程文化。这些特点虽然带有一定的戏谑意味，但也反映了部分程序员对于传统软件开发流程的看法。
