IDEA使用C3P0和JDBC链接MySQL8.0.11

    最新版的MySQL的加密方式有所不同(MYSQL的密码方式设置成 mysql_native_password )，因此需要更换成最新版的JDBC（ mysql-connector-java-8.0.11.jar），C3P0(c3p0-0.9.5.2.jar)。（注意：若不使用IDEA开发的话，请另外再导入包：mchange-commons-java-0.2.15.jar）
