终于解决了用完 Toubor C 后,MS DOS 乱码问题了.

前一阵用Toubor C,用完之后,再打开 MS DOS有中文的地方都乱码. 我是问了好几个同事,都不知道怎么弄,
后来网上找啊找,终于找到解决方案了.就是 MS DOS属性中改一下编码. 也可以在注册表中改,不过找起来麻烦,
我就做成 注册文件了.希望能帮一下有类似问题的朋友~~~
