idea一直提示连接不上maven进程，各种办法都试了，但是死活连不上。报的错误：Cannot connect to the Maven process. Try again later. If the problem persists, check the Maven Importing JDK settings and restart IntelliJ IDEA

解决方案：

网上很多重复的文章，基本都是复制粘贴的，可能确实写的是对的，但是可能并不全面，今天就添加一个新的点，可能会帮助一些人解决问题。

下面是idea官网上的回答：

Please disable antivirus and firewall. The issue happens when the IDE tries to establish connection to localhost but it is blocked on your machine. Make sure the localhost is resolvable and is accessible for the processes to connect to it using tcp. try using different JDK for Maven imported: Settings (Preferences on macOS) | Build, Execution, Deployment | Build Tools | Maven | Importing | JDK for importer.

根据上面的描述，该问题发生在当idea试图建立localhost链接时，所以需要确保localhost可用。基本确定是网络的问题，发现本机运行了一个叫小牛的vpn，退出这个vpn后就正常了。
