本文介绍了解决Siebel Dedicated Client启动失败的问题，当遇到加载字典文件diccache.dat失败时，可以在客户端配置文件中设置UseDictionaryInTransactionLogging参数为FALSE来解决。
Issue:
When you are failed to startup Siebel Dedicated Client, you may got following error in log.
Exception:
ObjMgrSessionLog Error 1 000000024db507e4:0 2011-04-25 16:42:50 (model.cpp (5890)) SBL-DAT-60237: Error loading dictionary file diccache.dat.
Solution:
Set following parameter in ServerDataSrc section of the client cfg.
UseDictionaryInTransactionLogging = FALSE
