Step of configure CTI using Simulate mode.
1 Create agent user, Administration-User -> Employees
  when new employee, please use CCHENG, BCOOK, AFOSTER as user ID, passwd are same as userid, it is better not use your name as userid.
2 New configuration via Administration->Communications->All configurations
  Please make the configurations name as RA_test, 
  import def file which located in ../siebsrvr/BIN/ENU/multichannelA.def
3 update information of the new configuration RA_test
(1)Parameters:
  MaxCommToolbars: 100
(2)Profiles
   Driver: Siebel CTI Connect
   add parameter:  Name: Driver:Simulate  /Value: True
(3)Agents:
   new agent which you created as Step1, also set telesets for the agent.
(4)Commands:
   delete below command, or else agent can't login successfully.
   LoginToWebCollab
   LogoutFromWebCollab
   LoginToUQ
   LogoutFromUQ
4 Then log off and login with agent, in the CTI toolbar, click login, ready.   Press button
   To make inbound call, simply press short key 'Shift + F11'. Then incoming call icon will blink on CTI Toolbar, click on that icon to answer the call.
