HttpRequest ----> DispactherServlet ----> HandlerInterceptor ---->Controller----> HandlerInterceptor ----> HttpResponse

两者的主要区别在于Filter起作用的时机是在请求到达Servlet之前，二HandlerInterceptor其作用的时机是在DispactherServlet接收到用户请求完成请求到相应的Handler映射之后。
