storm 问题

•    storm使用maven打包时，由于内网，部分spring配置文件无法读取到。报错内容为： 

Unable to locate      Spring NamespaceHandler for XML schema namespace [http://w 

解决方案是：

其中注释掉的内容被下面的内容替换了。重新打包，生成app.jar和original-app.jar。其中app.jar中为添加依赖包的，original-app.jar为未添加依赖包的。
