unzip:  cannot find zipfile directory in one of arcgis_js_v36_sdk.zip or
        arcgis_js_v36_sdk.zip.zip, and cannot find arcgis_js_v36_sdk.zip.ZIP, period.

使用 jar xvf 命令解压，压缩包是java打包的zip文件
