2. Choose product – ePO
3. Choose product version
4. Choose component
5. Fill in found build, we found issue in which build KB59938-version information for Epo
For example 5.3.3.279
6. Pre Existing , whether bug existing , yes or no
7. Bug type select research task
8. Actual origin and expected origin select post release
9. Customer eseclate we choose yes
10. Please don’t change associated users, and fill in TSE email to CC
11. Steps To Reproduce, fill in the reproduce method if we can reproduce issue in our own environment , or fill in “We can’t reproduce issue in house, only occur in customer’s production environment”
12. Summary, describe the issue briefly, along with error message
13. Click submit bug and you can get the bug number, click the nuber and get back to the bug
14. Actual Results, the issue we meet and the test result
15. Expected results, our aim or I can saw what we want
16. Description, describe the issue clearly, what is really happen and what had been logged,
The relevant error information you see in the log should be filled in here (fill in the relevant information and context), if there is other language to be translated into English and indicate << -- English translate for the error -- >> (each part Must be translated into English and marked), if there are actions and results that the customer had already done, please fill in here.
17. In customer information , fill in customer’s company name in “Customer”, ConnectCare Region Code with “APAC”, Support Responsibility with your email, and click save change at the bottom, click bugzilla number to return the site again
18. If there are attachment needed, please click add attachment, choose file with description, each time after added you need click submit
