centos使用scl切换软件版本时提示Cannot find a valid baseurl for repo: centos-sclo-rh/x86_64

问题原因

CentOS7的SCL源在2024年6月30日停止维护了。当scl源里面默认使用了centos官方的地址，无法连接，需要替换为阿里云。

解决办法

1、
重命名原来的文件：

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
mv CentOS-SCLo-scl.repo CentOS-SCLo-scl.repo.bak
mv CentOS-SCLo-scl-rh.repo CentOS-SCLo-scl-rh.repo.bak

vim CentOS-SCLo-scl-rh.repo
粘贴以下内容：

[centos-sclo-rh]
name=CentOS-7 - SCLo rh
baseurl=https://mirrors.aliyun.com/centos/7/sclo/x86_64/rh/
gpgcheck=1
enabled=1
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-CentOS-SIG-SCLo

SCL源是CentOS特别兴趣小组维护的Software Collections的缩写，它包含了许多程序的新版本，例如gcc、PHP、git、python等。由于CentOS 7已经停止维护，原域名可能已无法解析，错误的命令会导致报错。正确的做法是，需要将域名更换为阿里云或其他可用的源。完成之后按ESC，输入:wq!使用vim编辑器输入以下内容，先按i，开始编辑，直接复制粘贴下面内容。上网搜索发现是因为SCL源的原因。保存成功之后切回到原安装目录，再次尝试安装。开始进行安装，并且complete！

可以直接在该台机器上下载，或者是在另一台机器上下载好了再通过xftp等方式上传过去。，下载对应版本的文件，我是下载centos 7版本的。是正确的，可以尝试更换成其他可用的镜像地址。无法找到有效的仓库地址来下载软件包。更改成功后，就可以成功使用yum了！

At this point the only safe thing yum can do is fail. There are a few ways to work "fix" this: 1. Contact the upstream for the repository and get them to fix the problem. 2. Reconfigure the baseurl/etc. for the repository, to point to a working upstream. This is most often useful if you are using a newer distribution release than is supported by the repository (and the packages for the previous distribution release still work). 3. Run the command with the repository temporarily disabled yum --disablerepo=<repoid> ... 4. Disable the repository permanently, so yum won't use it by default. Yum will then just ignore the repository until you permanently enable it again or use --enablerepo for temporary usage: yum-config-manager --disable <repoid> or subscription-manager repos --disable=<repoid> 5. Configure the failing repository to be skipped, if it is unavailable. Note that yum will try to contact the repo. when it runs most commands, so will have to try and fail each time (and thus. yum will be be much slower).
