本文解决XML配置Schema约束时出现的命名空间冲突问题及保存约束文件的重要性。通过更换工程目录解决了Multiple annotations found at this line和cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element的报错。

我查看了半天的资料结果却不是很理想，结果换了一个新的工程目录才不报错误，经过总结我觉得应该是在同一个工程目录的时候命名空间的冲突的错误！希望能够帮到你！
还有一个问题就是在eclipse中编写完成了schema约束文件时，要及时的保存，不然的话在xml中也会报错！

原因：最新的schemaLocation地址已经是https协议了，原来的这个地址已不存在了。方法：将第一行后面的地址改为https就可以了。
